Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prime-Controls R5T285L483-014-SL-8PU4SC63CT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 7908221309 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40013365460 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1115103REVN by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schmersal Brand AZM17002ZRKA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reneshaw such as A9572150201 equipment made by Reneshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reneshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reneshaw" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XSAV11801L05 made by Schneider as well as the popular 68N21N00A020T36 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL3000025K by Rice-Lake and A9572150201 spares by Reneshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RAYSXSLTCF1L2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytek.
